The ice cream Factory – the heart of Snugburys ice cream.
The dairy team here at Snugburys are a wonderful bunch, friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and hardworking. Our dairy is a hive of activity, with a great team lead by Paul Nowak. Along with Paul Taylor and Deb Nowak they make up the main team and are helped out each summer by a full time summer student.
We all put our heart and soul into making each and every Snugbury ice cream - an ice cream we are very proud off!
In the ice cream factory we try and reduce our carbon footprint where we can. Snugburys have now converted to green energy for the production and storage of all ice cream.

A huge amount of effort, discussion and time goes into trying to make the very best ice cream. Commitment to quality is ongoing, and most definitely enjoyable! Snugburys ice cream dairy won Great Taste Gold Award 2006.
