Our Christmas pudding ice cream has become a bit of a big deal over the years, emails start coming around September and calls, well, a week or so after! We work hard to make sure our Christmas pudding can’t be beaten and to let you into a bit of a secret, Delia Smith has helped us along the way! We soak, we churn, we soak a bit more, we churn, you get the idea. The whole process takes around 3 weeks to get the ingredients to soak up all that lovely Brandy & Guinness, yep, it’s truly divine!
